The executive committee plans meetings, Shoot-Outs and other club activities. They meet on the first Tuesday of every month at Panera Bread on Rt. 611 in Stroudsburg. Meetings are open to all members and begin at 7pm. The committee consists of a president, 1st vice president, 2nd vice president, and secretary. These offices are voted on yearly by the membership. Three other volunteer positions, program director, webmaster and treasurer, are included but do not have to be voted on. The executive committee meetings are not closed and all members are welcome to participate in them.
